1. Local source data
The standard AIndex product builds and stores repository context on the customer machine. Source code is not required for Stripe billing.
2. Billing data
Stripe processes payment details, customer contact information, subscription status, invoices, and related billing metadata.
3. License data
License tokens can include plan, email, Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, seat count, issue time, and expiration time.
4. Support data
Support requests may include email address, plan information, logs, status output, and messages sent by the customer.
5. Security
AIndex uses source filtering, local storage, webhook signature verification, and signed entitlement checks to reduce data exposure.
6. Retention
Billing records are retained through Stripe and accounting systems. Support records are retained as needed to provide service and resolve disputes.
