AiIndexer provides local code indexing, graph-aware retrieval, MCP server tooling, and related documentation for AI coding workflows.
2. Accounts and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Customers are responsible for accurate billing details, taxes, and maintaining a valid payment method.
3. License scope
Free use is limited to evaluation. Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans grant the commercial rights described in the active plan and commercial license.
4. Customer code
The standard product indexes source code locally. Customers remain responsible for their repositories, credentials, and AI agent outputs.
5. Restrictions
Customers may not resell AiIndexer, bypass license enforcement, share license tokens outside the licensed team, or use the product unlawfully.
6. Availability
Local product functionality can run without a hosted source index. Billing, license delivery, and support services may depend on third-party providers.
7. Warranty disclaimer
AiIndexer is provided as a professional software tool without guarantees that AI-generated output will be correct, secure, or complete.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected subscription period.
