1. Standard refund window
Pro and Team customers can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase when AiIndexer does not work for the intended local development workflow.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are normally non-refundable after the renewal period starts. If a renewal was accidental, contact support within 7 days and do not continue using paid features.
3. Annual plans
Annual Pro and Team purchases can be refunded during the first 14 days. After that period, the subscription can be cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal and remains active until the paid period ends.
4. Enterprise and offline licenses
Enterprise purchases, offline license packs, custom rollout work, and procurement-driven contracts are governed by the signed order form or written agreement.
5. Non-refundable cases
Refunds can be declined for license sharing, attempts to bypass entitlement checks, continued paid use after a refund request, custom services already delivered, or purchases made through fraud or abuse.
6. How to request a refund
Email sales@floriansola.fr with the Stripe receipt email, license email, plan, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
7. Billing portal
Customers with an installed paid license can open Stripe billing with ai-indexer-mcp license portal to view invoices, update payment methods, or cancel future renewals.
8. Taxes and fees
Refund amounts may exclude taxes, currency conversion costs, bank fees, and processor fees where Stripe or local rules prevent them from being returned.
9. Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can suspend license access while the payment dispute is reviewed.
