Is AiIndexer a SaaS?
The core value is local software. Stripe, license delivery, docs, and support are hosted services around the local binary.
Does source code leave the machine?
No for the standard product. Repository context is indexed and stored locally.
How does activation work?
Stripe checkout creates a signed license token. The customer installs it with the CLI and paid features unlock locally.
What happens if the license expires?
The product falls back to Free limits until a valid renewal token is installed.
Can I sell lifetime licenses?
Yes as a limited launch offer mapped to a Pro entitlement. Keep it scarce to protect subscription revenue.
What is the refund policy?
Pro and Team purchases have a 14-day initial refund window. See the refund policy for renewals, annual plans, Enterprise, and chargebacks.
Can teams run offline?
Enterprise can be sold with long-lived offline entitlements and a security review package.
What support should paid customers get?
Pro gets email support, Team gets priority support and onboarding templates, Enterprise gets dedicated rollout support.
What should be published with each release?
Binaries, checksums, changelog, install script compatibility, versioned docs, and a known rollback path.
